DELIVERY TERMS When you order one or more items and the order, as well as the payment, has been completed, your item will be shipped. We send our packages via Dao, GLS, or PostNord. It is important to remember to pick up your package at the chosen parcel shop if it is delivered there; otherwise, your order will be returned to us. If we receive the package back, we will of course contact you. RETURN POLICY You have a 14-day return policy, during which you must cover the cost of return shipping yourself. Please include your name and invoice number with the returned items. All items MUST be returned in their original and undamaged packaging. For example, any boxes must be in the same condition as when received. Various seals/stickers must remain unbroken.
